Constitution

Article I- Name
The name of this organization shall be the Alumni Association of Silver Creek High School.

Article II- Object
The object of this Association shall be to aid the promotion of beneficial activities of Silver Creek High School, to keep all members informed of such activities, and to promote sociability among its members.

Article III- Membership
Section 1- All graduates including GED recipients of Silver Creek High School are members of this Association.
Section 2- All past and present teachers of Silver Creek High School shall be Honorary members.

Article IV- Officers and Committees
Section 1- The officers shall be President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and Permanent Records Secretary.
Section 2- These officers and the chairman of each standing committee shall constitute the Executive Committee.

Article V- Meetings
Section 1- The Association shall have an annual meeting on the last Saturday of June.
Section 2- The election and installation of Officers shall take place at the annual meeting.

Article VI- Amendments
The constitution may be amended at any annual meeting by a two-thirds vote of the members present. (Amended at the regular meeting of the Alumni Association held February 8, 1992.)
