Article II - Officers
Section 1 - The officers shall be elected by oral vote at the annual meeting by majority vote of the members present.

Section 2 - Any person performing duty satisfactorily shall be eligible for more than one year.

Section 3 - A nominating committee shall select four persons to be nominated for the four offices. This slate of nominees shall be presented at the annual meeting for election along with any nominations from the floor.

Section 4 - The office of president shall not be held by any person who is a member of the 25 year honored class.

Article III - Duties of Officers
Section 1 - The President shall preside at all meetings of the Association. He shall be a member of all committees. He shall be a member, Ex-Office, of all committees. He shall appoint all committees.

Section 2 - The Vice-President shall preside in the absence of the President.

Section 3 - The Secretary shall keep an accurate record of the minutes of all meetings and meetings of the Executive Committees and conduct the correspondence of the Association, also of the Executive Committee, and give to the Permanent Secretary a copy of the minutes of the annual meeting. It will also be the Secretary's responsibility to keep a log of the reservations for the annual meeting, and a log of the members who have paid their dues. Also to prepare membership cards for the members in good standing for that year.

Section 4 - The Treasurer shall be the custodian of all funds and shall pay all bills. All bills over $ 100.00 must be approved at a regular meeting.

Section 5 - The Executive Committee shall have books audited three weeks prior to annual meeting. The Executive Committee shall also accept suggestions as to how the Alumni might help the school via donations of objects, money, or time and obtain prices for any gifts. These suggestions then will be presented at a regular meeting to be voted on. No more than 50% of Alumni funds may be used for this purpose.

Section 6 - It shall be the duty of each officer to familiarize him or herself with the constitution and by-laws of this organization and perform their duties accordingly.

Article IV - Distribution of Funds
Section 1 - No existing Alumni Association funds or funds raised on behalf of the Association shall be used for the benefit of a single graduated class.

Article V - Dues
Section 1 - The dues shall be $2.00 per year to be paid before or at the registration time of annual meeting.

Article VI - Outstanding Alumni Award
Section 1 - To determine the winner of this award there must be at least 15 members present to vote at the regular meeting when the nominations are read.

Article VII - Amendments

Section 1 - By-laws may be amended at the annual meeting of the Association by two-thirds vote of members present.
